Rabbit Systems

Privacy Policy

This page explains how Rabbit Systems handles information submitted through contact forms and basic website analytics. Contact-form consent version: 2026-08-19.

Information we collect

Contact form details such as name, company, email, phone, request type and project description.

A random submission identifier, consent and policy version, page path, interface language, referrer without query or fragment, and allowlisted UTM fields.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes anti-abuse network and browser signals when form verification loads; its token and the visitor IP are not copied into the ERP request.

Technical analytics events such as page views and CTA clicks through Google Analytics.

Messages sent directly through Telegram or other communication channels.

How we use it

To create one request in our ERP, notify the responsible person, respond and clarify project scope.

To recognize a safe retry of the same submission without creating another request.

To improve website content and understand which pages generate relevant interest.

To keep a minimal communication history for follow-up.

Data handling

We do not sell contact form data.

The form reaches Rabbit Systems ERP over an authenticated server-to-server connection; integration credentials and the ERP record identifier are never exposed to the browser.

For up to 24 hours in the current tab, session storage keeps only a pending submission identifier, payload fingerprint and timestamp; it does not keep the contact fields.

The ERP payload does not contain the visitor's IP address. Technical web-server security logs are handled separately from the request record.

You can ask us to delete your submitted request data by contacting us through Telegram.
