These general terms describe how Rabbit Systems approaches diagnostics, implementation, support and integration work. Specific project terms are agreed separately before paid work starts.

Scope

Discovery, diagnostics, implementation, configuration, integrations, reporting, support and automation tasks are scoped per project.

A written scope or milestone list should define deliverables, assumptions and responsibilities.

Client responsibilities

Provide accurate process information, access details, sample data and feedback needed for delivery.

Review deliverables and raise issues within the agreed project rhythm.

Limitations

Public website content is general information, not a binding offer.

ERP, accounting, legal, tax and security decisions may require specialist review on the client side.

Production changes should be tested and backed up according to project risk.
